Stories Live Here is designed around user-controlled sharing.
Your content is not automatically made public simply because you add it to Stories Live Here.
You control which people are permitted to access or contribute to Collections or other shared areas available through the Service.
When you choose to share content with another person, that person may be able to view, contribute to, or otherwise interact with that content according to the permissions you provide.
4. Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate Stories Live Here, including providers of services such as:
- Cloud hosting and data storage
- Authentication
- Database services
- Email delivery
- Payment processing
- Analytics
- Application monitoring, diagnostics, and security
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
We do not sell your private stories, photos, videos, documents, or other personal content to advertisers.

Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data-retention practices.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Stories Live Here account and associated personal data.
Account deletion will permanently delete or anonymize data associated with your account, except information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Where content involves multiple users or has been contributed to a Collection shared with others, certain information may need to be handled according to the ownership and sharing rights associated with that Collection.

Important Google Play requirement
Because Stories Live Here allows account creation, Google requires both an in-app method and an external web method for requesting account deletion.
8. Your Choices and Controls
Depending on the features available to your account, you may be able to:
- Update your account information
- Control who has access to your Collections
- Change sharing or contribution permissions
- Remove content you have added
- Request deletion of your account
- Request deletion of certain personal information
9. Children's Privacy
Stories Live Here is not intended for children to independently create accounts unless expressly permitted by the Service and applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected inappropriately, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
10. User-Generated Content
Stories Live Here allows users to create and share content with other authorized users.
Users are responsible for content they submit and for respecting the privacy and rights of other individuals whose information or images they choose to include.
We may remove content or restrict accounts when necessary to enforce our terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
This area is important: Google considers content visible to even a subset of users to be user-generated content and requires appropriate UGC safeguards. We'll address those requirements separately during the Play setup.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Stories Live Here, our users, or others
- Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our terms
